Visa Issue

Hi,

It would be very much appreciated if someone can clarify things for me. My brother was issued a 3 month working visa last December 2008.. By March he went through the process of medical and fingerprinting however late May he was terminated for no reason, was informed that no salary will be given because the cost of the ticket has to be shouldered by him. So he went and complained to the Labour Dept, settled amicably, the company shouldered his plane fare, gave him his salary and off he went back home. The thing is, when i went to see him at the airport before he left, I saw that his passport didnt have any visa sticker, in fact, the company had to pay Immigration almost QAR900.00 for the penalty (overstaying).

Question is, is his termination synonymous to his working visa being cancelled? Is there a way to know if he is banned? Is there a way that I can bring my brother back via my sponsorship or business visa? Coz, Im not so sure if its allowed for a woman to sponsor her brother.
