Visa for Sister and Nephews under 4 yrs

I am an Indian woman and came to Doha 3 months back. I wish to get my sister and my nephews, both under 4 of age to Doha for around 15 days.

I am not sure if i should apply for Visa for them under Tourist Visa or Family Visit Visa. Can my little nephews accompany her or there would be a problem?

I read on few forums abput minimum salary requirement of 7K and 6 months bank stataments. Only issue is that since I am new, i will have only couple of months bank statement. I can postpone it by one month at the max. Would 3 months statement help?

Please advise. I want to make it happen!
