VISA TRANSFER : HOUSE COOK TO ENGINEER

I am an BUSINESS MANAGEMENT WORKING, but I am in house Baby Seater visa.

btw guys i got a company who is willing to hire me, bt unfortunately they dont have indian visa..bt they said they will they will try to get it, or they are asking me if some1 is willing to give me an engineer visa, they woud buy it for me.. bt nw ma question is..is it possible to buy the visa tat way from others and transfer to this company so tat they can take me in?

Yes iit is possible if you find a company who can hire you as an engenier and with the help of your sponsor (NOC) also it can be done without exit . On the other hand if you find a company who is willing to hire you as an Engienier and having Indian Visa availabilty also possible if you exit ( with NOC ) and they will arrange your new visa ... Cz sometime house employee visa change is difficult but not impossible .......

Well I have the attested degree..further to ur information, if I find the company here, is it possible to change the visa without exit..? Or do I need to exit and come back..? Ur rply wud be highly appreciated,..

My relative son did his printing technology engineering from a Haryana India based college .... Got a job in Delhi and he was very happy with 35000 INR salary ... Now he must have settled with wife n kids but NO ... Inteeligent Papa sent him to USA for further masters.... U Know what? After completing two years masters he is now a clerk in garment warehouse and not able to get married becoz he is not earning that much :( people see foreign country as Mirage n suffer a lot... Why can't people stay back and enjoy simple life with more happiness around.... What is the use of coming to foreign country on wrong kind of visa ?

If you are a qualified engenier and having attested digrees , then you have to find a company who can sponsor you as a Mechanical Eng , only then you will be able to change the profession . Its a pitty for those who enter in Qatar by any kind of visa and then suffer later ....
