My friend came from India 2 weeks back on a new limo company visa. Now the company is not planning to open their business. But they are willing to give him release. Till now his medical and finger print not done.And RP is not stamped.

So is it possible to change his visa to another company who is willing to give him job before the RP got stamped. How is the whole process going to be? what are the requirements?

Plz somebody give me clear idea about this.

Is it necessary the company who is gone give job should have Indian visa?
