Please tell me
my father arrived a visit visa for 6 month on 19 aug and Medical test was carried out 07 sept 2011 but they did X-ray test repit second time on 15 sept 2011 if posible to reneu visa for six month or he has to leave Qatar two is last day of month

Visit Visa Normally for 1 month and extend up to 3 months . I am not sure your father is viist visa or visit work visa of 6 months. anyhow in both cases he can stay for 6 months. If airport immigration department stamped and wrote 6 months on passport at the time of arrival no need to go immigration department just complete the medical. If they have just mentioned 1 month then you need to go immigration office with medical test report . they will renew it up to 6 months.
