No need to apply for Visit Visa but for RP it is mandatory.

It is not necessary.. I tried without stamp of Municipality and I got the Visa.. YES it is case by case. If Your profession is Engineer in RP you can get it easily, try it.. best of luck

yes, its not mandatory in all case...but when MOI asks for it...better give it before they reject the visa application. once rejected and its very difficult to get it approved quickly.
