My friend Sri Lankan Citizen with British Passport required to come to see us for two weeks. Is any idea about the visa

As i seen in the sites due holding Britsh Passport not required for the visa. But some were saying they have to have the return ticket and any idea of how much they have to pay for the visa.. is by cash or credit card.

He can come visa on arrival,tell him to bring credit card and pay 100QR at airport and he will get visa for a month.If he would not have credit card then will have to buy card at airport and pay.
