My Husband just took his residence visa 2 days ago and was told that he has to wait 3 more months to do my residence as a wife and also for our kid,the other solution was a visit visa for both of us. But what r the procedures & how long does it take to get one??,He hyas been told by a few that it only takes 2 days & others that it takes about 2 weeks .. Any clue??.. Thanks

Family Visit Visa has maximum validity period of Six months from the date of arrival.Process is not that tedious as long as you have the necessary documents.Drop me a mail & would gladly provide you details & documentary requirements needed. Welcome to DOHA

It would be better if your husband calls you and your kid on VISIT VISA first..For FAMILY VISA, immigration authorities do ask for 6 monthly bank statement..Follow the link below to know about the procedures for FAMILY VISA.

Visit visa may or may not take much time to get it approved from the IMMIGRATION..Depend on ur luck sometimes..
