Got visitors for the duration of 2 days, 1 night from India. Would be staying at a house not a hotel.

Do they grant them visa's at Doha Airport Upon their arrival? If not, Where/ How could I obtain their Visitor's Visa for them?

You can apply for Qatar Tourist Visa from Cozmo Travel.

They are located near to Crazy signal in B-Ring Road, Doha.

I think you can apply for a tourist visa through a Hotel. you must however book a room with them.
