What does "Application Postponed" mean for visas in moi.gov.qa?

Does anyone know what "Application is Postpones" mean? I keep getting that message from moi.gov.qa when searching for a visa application!

My friend had the same issue with his wife visit visa and after checking with the officials at the Immigration, they said the person can come again to Qatar only after 6 months on a visit visa from the date of exit of her previous visit and she got it after she completed 6 months outside qatar
It is on hold, they need some documents or approvals from other department. they are waiting for that.
Is it visa changing?
May be on hold due to want of some documents or approvals, check the arabic wordings for proper understandng ask someone to translate the same.
English wordings/description in the govt. site are not always correct, check arabic site and ask some one to transulate. If you want to see funny wordings in English, check Traffic voilation site, your commited traffic voilation is different and their description is something about you never face in your life.
Postponed means "On Hold" Short of certain documents etc.
means cancelled means no more bisa.
