My brother was worked in a company as a messenger since 2007. His RP was expired on 30.3.2010. The company was not renew till date his RP for 2010. I approached the company and asked in this regarding, they told that our company
is black listed and hence we can't do anything in MOI.
Now my brother can't do anything even he is not able to
go any work. The grace period 90 days will be completing
30.6.2010. After this what will happen? The company people
are not available in their office. Please advise me what
steps to be taken immediately to save my brothers life?
