For three days now, i frequently visit the MOI E-SERVICES to know the visa status application of my kids for residency.

Unfortunately though, the site answers the query "still on process"

what takes them so long to have this online? And how do we know if after one week there is no result and we are waiting. is there a person to ask about the visa whether approved or not approved?

why dont you register for metrash ???

you dont have to keep checking the site for updates. you will receive an sms once the visa is approved.
