To huyenqatar: Well NAD1973 is talking about extension of Visit Visa, obviously not talking about Business Visa.

first you not need to go back india because of that
you can exteand visit visa to 6 months each month you
pay 200Qr i did it last month for myself
you can stay for 6 month on the visa that you have now also ask if they can make for you as multi entry during this 6 month

i think that it will not be any problem to be back as soon as you prepare again your new visit visa but check with passport dep.
