when can my friend come back in Qatar?

Hi Ql i wanted to share my friend problem because she is confused if she can still come back here in Qatar... her situation is she is working from Abu dhabi and her boyfriend is working here in qatar... she encounter some problem there thats why her boyfriend let her resign her job there and bring her here with visit visa last year then after a month she already had a job as a cashier in one of the supermarket here after that they decided to get married that makes her husband now leave from his accomodation and rent some rooms here in doha but the problem is her husband can not get his housing allowance because she is also getting it from her company which they say is not allowed that makes them decide for her to resign in her work soon on july because the housing allowance that her husband must receive is a lot bigger than her salary now the question is if she resign and her company will not give her noc could she still go back in qatar under her husband sponsorship after 3 months cause thats what an agency told her but then she's still confuse on what will be the outcome if she can go back or not... pls she badly need some advice. thank u and more power.

ok but i would like to ask what if the husband cannot sponsor her? how long would it take for her to be able to come back?

Yes, she can come back in if her husband qualifies to sponsor her. An NOC doesn't need for this case. only for company sponsor need.

ASK HER HUSBAND TO APPLY FOR HER RESIDENCE VISA. ONCE SHE GET HUSBAND'S SPONSORSHIP CAN ALSO GET BETTER JOB.

Yes, she can come back in if her husband qualifies to sponsor her. An NOC applies to taking a job.
