Will i get a Business/ Tourist visa without NOC from old company?

Hello,

I was working in Qatar for almost 2 and half years. Last october i had quit the company and they had cancelled my visa.They haven't provided me with NOC. Now i need to come back to Qatar for a month. Is there any way for that. Tourist or business visa will do. Is there any agent who can provide me with this?

Tourist visa/ Business Visa is possible in temporary basis. Most of the travel agencies and hotels are doing it. Better contact them.
