My employer is the one who actually sponsor me to come here in qatar under work visa. And now, im planning to quit on this company. Im still in my 3months probation (3months work entry stamp has been placed in my passport)that will end this june5. My employer said he need answer before the end of the day if i will stay on the company or not.

Will he be able to cancel me here in qatar? as i didnt do any medical and finger print yet. Plus he didnt process yet the residence visa for me to have iqama.

Yes he can cancel your visa because he is your sponcer if he does not need you or either you dont want to work anymore for him then according to imigration rules in Qatar he has right to cancel your visa does not matter if you have not done the finger print and medical.

I a know alot of people are not happy with this type of rules and regulation but some in ally GCC countries. your sponcer will simply write to the ministry of interior that he does not need you so he caqn cancel your visa and if you can fing another sponcer and want to comeback i am not quite sure that after how long you can come back

He cannot cancel your residence permit since you didnt do any medical and finger print neither process the residence visa. But if he didn't give you an NOC for your work visa transfer, then you have to go out of qatar for one day and come back on a new visa. Good luck in finding another job.

he has no right at all to cancel. contact the ministry of labor ... u have the full right to shift to any other company. because first 3 months are supposed to be trial period. goodluck.
