I would like to inquire about re-entry visa, I've worked in Qatar last 2007-2010 for Gama Heavy industries, I had finished the project there, and now 2011 I have new employer and they are trying to apply for a new visa for me, is there any way for renewing my previous visa without any further documents aside form NOC and Passport?

Yes i do have NOC form my previous employer, but my new employer now is asking for my diploma authenticated in our foreign affairs, this requirement is needed in which side embassy of qatar for visa application or the employer itself only??

you cannot "renew" your work visa, it has been either cancelled or expired. your new employer has to issue a new work visa for you, that's all. If you got a NOC from your previous sponsor, it shouldn't be a problem.
