hi,

I have valid RP stamped in ma passport till 2012 SEP.

But when the visa was issued , in the visa document it was mentioned as

"Visa Type : Work Visa One visit" .
"Duration of residence : 2 years"

If I go out of Qatar for a vacation ,will this be a problem when I return?

if u have valid RP,No problem for going out and came back.You should came back with in 6 months.Other wise your visa will automatically canceled.

Visa Type : Work Visa One visit"

This is the common message when the new visa issued.when u came here it will be changed to

THE VISA NUMBER IS NOT VALID FOR ENTRY

No problem for that.
