Hi Everybody, I have got an offer letter from Regency group holdings and submitted all my documents to process my visa in middle of December, 2014 . But till now they are unable to provide me work visa even 8 weeks have already passed. When I consulted with my concerned HR, she told me that the problem is from Government of India as the company had recruited a lot of work force previous year, Please help me in this regard...

Better look job in some other company Regency looks good only from outside treats their staff very badly and they have too much unwanted rules & Regulations. Join the company only on Manager position so u will have all benifits .Any other lower position you will definetly regret later
