Work Visit Visa
By Capital_Zab •
I have entered Qatar on a Single-Entry Work Visit Visa to a certain employer. Things did not work out with this employer and I subsequently left (without signing any contracts). I have now been offered a job by another employer in Doha. Do I need to get an NOC to work for the new employer? If the previous company do not give me an NOC, can I get an exit visa from my previous employer in order to leave the country, cancel the visa and start from scratch with a new company?
... Previous company were making things a little tricky for me, however (finally!) they've now decided to grant me a NOC and another visa is being organised for my new company. Thank you for all your feedback, it was a great help and put my mind at ease!
Happy holidays to all!
no need to exit, i had the same problem before, i did the blood grouping,i did the medical, but i did not go for finger print from my old Sponsor, i was transferred by march on my new company, my old company used only from December to March, no penalties, i was using work VISA.
So, even though the initial work visa is in another company's name, all I need to do is leave the country and come back again and I've got a clean slate? Will I need to get an exit visa from the previous employer (whose name the visa is under) to first leave the country to come back again?
Sorry for all the questions! I just want to clarify!
Lucky dude!. If no fingerprint and medical is carried, you are 100% eligible to come and work legally with this new company. Go on...
no need of NOC...
No Need the NOC from your previous sponsor, you can come with the new Visa
My previous employer did not begin any of the procedures to start processing my residency permit. No fingerprints, no chest x-ray, no blood type test, no blood test at all.
