Hi, I have a question about work visit visas, I came here last June under visit visa sponsorship from my father , then found a company for employment last july. They then asked for my father’s No objection letter and I gave it to them allowing them to transfer my visa from visit visa to working visit visa. It has been 3 months now and now my visa will soon expire. I still do not have my medical because they say that the E-Government is down , No Fingerprint as well and no contract yet too. And to top that off they are not giving any compensation for my work. My question is can I still leave the company to transfer to another company without requiring an NOC from my current company? Can Work Visit Visas be extended beyond 3 months? If yes, can I pay it personally with my own money since the company now has no money. Thanks.
