Hi friends,

I ahve beeen working in KSA (Saudi) from 15 Oct 2007 and back to india for vaccation on 20 Dec 2008 with a re-entry for 3 months untill 20 march 2009 ,but due to some family reasons i can't go back on time.I ahd send my resignation to the company and today i got a good offer in qatar .
Will their any problem for getting visa for qatar because thier is no NOC or final exit from kSA in my passport .I hope the comapny would have canclled and i hav't travelled back in the re-entry time to KSA.

I had given my finger print and eye scanning in KSA whether it will affect me in qatar entry,Pls advice.

I am very confused.

Our family moved from Saudia to Qatar a few years ago. Final Exit is important and it involves a lot of things, like closing of your bank account in Saudi, closure of phone lines (land and mobile), announcement in the paper about you leaving and if anyone needs to claim something from you, plus settlement of your home rent and car (if any) alongwith any outstanding Traffic violation charges (if any). Plus your previous employer needs to give you an NOC and the iqama of yours needs to get cancelled. If at any point in time, you get a job offer from Saudia, it will be difficult for you to follow through with it.

Email your ex-employer and ask him how to go about it, as your re-entry visa has expired.

You cannot hold two residency permits in two GCC countries simultaneously. You will need to have your KSA RP cancelled before getting a Qatar RP but you can certainly come in with it active in your passport.
