51 East POOR customer services.
5 days back, I have purchase music system (YAMAHA+BOSE) from 51 East, City Centre. At the time of shopping, Sales Executive was very nice and promising for full customer satisfaction services and free home delivary/installation.
It is more than 4 days and they did not deliver the system yet, everytime if I am calling then one same answer is coming" Sir, I will check with delivery section and I will call you back and no call came"
Did anyone faced same problem like me or can I put any legal complaint against them.
customer service?...in this country?...no such thing...be thankful if they even deliver it,forget when,that's just wishful thinking...
This is standard customer service in Qatar, therefore you should refrain from parting with your money until you have the goods.
They suck. Big Time!

Have had the whole "sorrreeee surrr" phone call cr*p, what does it say that you have to waste a journey back into the store to get results?
This country has so far to go customer service wise, appalling.
I agree they had very bad after sale service so much so i went to show room and asked to cancell my deal and give my mony back...than they move on same day
Hi...Well i faced a similar situation when i prchased a Bose system from them....they did not deliver the goods on the specified date [forget the time] i stayed home the whole day...just incase they come home...well i called the salesman and gave him piece of my mind...thats when he started actually taking control of the situation and i had it delivered the next day...well if u are a patient & well behaved customer in this place no one cares...but if u scream and yell..everyone pays attention..use this formula it works in customer service in all sectors....
have a visit on the store.. i believe their action will be faster when you do that.
I had my vaio laptop repaired there, but I got it back on the date promised and all is well....maybe yours is a isolated case... don't stop calling them and asking. Good Luck!
Strange .. because they are always taking fast action toward any inquiry or request .
take my advice and call the showroom and ask about the sales person . or ask about milad . and tell him your problem .
