Hi,

Purchased stuff of amazon.com shipped to my mailbox address, its delivered but my US shop ship mailbox doesnt show any items received.

HOw long does it take usually for them to scan and update my mailbox with the contents?

Paranoid, it should be reflected in no longer than 24 hrs.

If it shows delivered but is not in your mail activity update provide Aramex with the tracking number given to you in the US and they will find out what has happened that it's not yest showing in your "received stuff".

Regards!!

i'm going through the same thing... exactly a week ago i ordered 2 items from amazon, had it shipped through aramex... one of the packages is already here, the other one, i don't know where it is, according to amazon they've already shipped it to my mailbox, but aramex is saying that i have nothing there. anyway, i'm giving it another 2 day's wait.

I have got 0.5kg parcel through DHL Easy Shop for QAR 59.00 from USA within 3 days. I think DHL is much faster than Aramex.

I have purchased items via Amazon but the actual seller was another party - they send the item to the NY drop box and can take up to a week for it to arrive there. Once it arrives there, then Aramex can update the status.

If Amazon is the one actually shipping then that usually takes about 2 business days before it arrives in NY and then Aramex can let you know they've received it.

I have had a couple of purchases "sit" in the NY drop box for a few more days before they are shipped to Doha. Longest I have waited is about 10 days.

Hi, Usually it does appear quickly on the Aramex Website. But in some odd case it may take 4 or 5 days (rarely).

Aramex must be having a office in amazon.com from where they will ship it direct.
