Chinese resturant

Hello,

Does anyone have good recommendations on which Chinese restaurants do tasty Chinese food and are reasonably priced? Exclude those in hotels as they are always expensive.

I want Chinese soups ...

Thanks.

I like Shanghai Garden in city center, but the buffet seems not too appealing.

There is a great Chinese place over by the Ramada. If the Ramada is located at the 10.00 position out the front windscreen, you take a left. Then, look on the left, and you should see what looks like a hole in the wall place. Best to go early, as heaps of people go there for dinner. Also, be careful, as typical parking occurs, where someone will just park next to the road, making it damn near impossible to back your car out. So maybe try to park in front of where you pull in, or away from the place a bit, so you can get out without hitting someone.

The Worst Chinese Restaurant that I have been too, is the Chopsticks at the Regency Hotel - Avoid it unless they change the chef. Chinese cooking by non-chinese chef and taste is as authentic as plastic fish'n'chips and cost is extortionate.

Asian Traditional Restaurant is reasonably priced and the food tastes great! They have Chinese, Thai and Filipino menu. Try their chinese crab and corn soup and their signature crispy duck.
