Hello

I saw in the Qatar Tribune yesterday a good offer from QTEL a Motorola C118 cell phone with a Hala prepaid sim card for 245 riyals.

The problem is that they don't sell it in Qtel , I tried Hyatt, Al Saad and the Royal Plaza,I was told to go to the Motorola showroom near Alfardan Tower. Did someone buy this offer and where?
