Has anyone been to the "hip new bar" @ TheRitz called "23"??

It's so fresh and new! They changed everything (nothing)about the old restaurant that used to be there!! They even added four NEW lava lamps...wow, groovy!

The best part is, after naming the place 23 and having all drinks and foods priced at 23 QR for 4-5 months, they have changed the price of all foods and drinks to 32 QR!! So cool!! I wonder if this awesome new spot will now move to the 32nd floor?

What garbage. Complete embarrassment to the Ritz-Carlton name.

Save your Thirty-two Riyals and go to Dairy Queen. Much better atmosphere without the 40 year old lava lamps and mismatched name/theme.
