actually i was looking for a place where they offer arts courses .... am not looking for anything specific but may be things like cooking,fashion designing,ceramic works ....bla bla blaa !!!

Well, nice to know that you are interested in a wide variety of art. Your only problem would be to finding all these needs under one roof.
But I guess there will be Professional Art Centers(Atleast so called) that provide them.
I am planning to start art classes in a few months time. Haven't decided on what I'm gonna focus on. I do a works on Canvas, Sketching, Video things like that.
I am recogonised by Qatar as a National level runnersup at a school level competition in the year 2002.
