Has anyone heard about Compass School closure?

Just heard last night that Compass has to combine both its elementary schools onto its old campus (making it quite crowded).
THEN heard that due to some 'paperwork problems' the SEC closed their middle school campus. So now they've got three times as many kids in one building...

Was just curious what was happening there, whether the SEC/paperwork issue has larger implications for other private schools in the Doha.

Does anybody know anything more?
