Is QR5000/month salary okay?

Guys,

Just wanna ask, is a QR5000/month salary fair? I was offered with this by Q-Nasa Trading Company for the position of Sales Supervisor.

Only assistance in car loan will be provided aside from visa and i think airfare ticket plus commissions from sales.

Is this company big in doha?
