To all Kabayan,
I need some help and advise regarding my case. I just filed a case (sexual harassment at work) against my boss son (he is a special child). In your opinion, is there any chance for me to win the case? He's 17 y/o and if you'll see him he's acting as a normal young guy. He's very smart and can do all things as a normal person aside from speaking problem (he cannot pronounce the words well). I stopped going to work for 5 days now.
