I tried after I told you to do that and it is as you said. Nothing changed, I was trying for days and today was mu lucky day. It get changed, maybe Kiara is right ... we gotta wait for days before the changes get reflected.

yes, i logged out and back again (really testing my patience there), the dimensions is as required here, alreay cleared my cookies and temp files..so i maybe give up..thanks for helping me though king edshel..appreciate it..

I tick the box to delete the old avatar and submit it then upload another avatar, then it will for sure bring up your old avatar. but! in a days or so it will automatically upload your recent avatar that you upload! be patient it will show eventually. That's what i do in order to change my avatar!

So you logged out after you upload it? Are you using any software that prevents Java Script? I guess the guys are getting the uploaded data and save it as a binary. Did you check the dimensions of the photo? 50 * 50 , ... size less than ... something .. etc?
Try clearing your history, cookies and temp files. Hope that will work, sorry but I wish if i can solve your problem just right now.

I already did what you suggested, several times..you see my avatar? that's my old avatar (I've been trying to change it coz were the same with diamondgirl)..I uploaded the new avatar but see? it insists on the old avatar..

See when you go to the 'Edit' don't upload any new photo. Just check the box 'Delete Image' and after that save the changes. Now again upload your photo and it should be uploaded with no Errors. After that logout of QL, login again and you should see your new Avatar.
I did this yesterday and shifted from Danty [Devil May Cry] to Metallica [Master Of Puppets] :)

I already delete the old avatar many times..but it keeps on showing everytime I upload the new one..getting tired already of trying..

What i did was, i just keep on uploading the picture that i wanted but you have to delete the old one first..
Just keep on doing that and eventually it will appear, you might have to wait for a few days thou...

Are you deleting the old one? But maybe if you delete the old one you'll end up with none at all.

Same here. "could not move uploaded file" erro. Looks like problem with permissions to me.

There's no help to be had. I did the stupid thing of deleting my old one and trying to replace it, didn't work. Used the "Contact Us" link but no response.
I think this is a server issue linked to Drupal on which this site is built. Something went wrong when the people running the site restored a database file to a fresh install when they upgraded the site a couple of days ago.
Sometimes the problem is from Q-tel server cache. Sometimes it resides there for a good time. When I was developing websites and try to test it after the upload, I see that nothing was happening. I asked some friends from other places to visit the website until it get refreshed and updated.
That might be the case here, so try to access it from another place. You did not tell me my friend, what was the error that you get? Can you tell me please so I can know what to do?
