Craving for some relevant Law Points to help a family in distress.

Dear Sir /Madam

MR EDWARD HENRY Nedumparambil Xavier,(Male) Indian , P.P.No: G 4917914 ( Age 58 )has lost his life in a Road Accident at Qatar on 10/04/10, due to Multiple Blunt injuries/ R.T.A. while being transported back in company vehicle, to his accommodation after the completion of his job. He was an employee since 16/10/2007(Technician) ID No :25235606419, Emp Code CJ-02 of Q-Tech Group Limited,W.L.L Doha , (Qatar). As per his final settlement paper his salary is Qrs Bsc-2500+ AL 250. They had calculated and provided only QR 8000 ie 2months salary dues and gratuity.
The actual victims are his wife and 3 grown up daughters, whom wont have none other than Allah……To help them…Hence I had taken this mission As service dedicated to GOD & help them in the most humble way I can to get them their due benefits from all concerned.

I would be most grateful if a legal opinion from a competent Qatari lawyer or concerned Govt Official or authorities ,regarding all their eligible due s and legally abided claims, stipulated by the relevant specific Clauses of Qatar Labor Law, is apprised & advised through an official format, if possible and if doesn’t put your good selves to much inconvenience and trouble.

This valuable information’s, would be of immense help for the real victims of this tragedy ( His Wife & 3 Female Grown up Children's) to claim their dues and to be aware of their legal rights, and be prepared to act and nip in the bud, any inhuman injustice being nurtured by anybody, in depriving , of their dear ones final settlement dues & legally due benefits which is very essential to clear off their Educational loans and debts staring on them as domicile sword, and be a help as a walking stick to lean on to further successfully takeover and carry on with their lives . They have not yet literally recovered from the shock of this irreparable Loss.

Hence I seek all you good Samaritan's ceaseless help towards the cause of getting this helpless family in further getting what is legally due for them, as 'SERVICE DEDICATED TO GOD"

(a)The back tire of the vehicle has blasted and the vehicle tilted is company official version of the cause of accident. In this case is he eligible for Passenger insurance Claim as Per Qatar Motor Vehicle Act??

(b) What would be his Employee death Insurance claim, is it 100% @ 120000 or 100% @ 150000.

(c)Power of Attorney from legal heirs, if any has to be made to companies name what should be the Phrasing and legal wordings???

Since both the documents has to be endorsed by Indian & state governments concerned personnel, Actions has already being initiated in India In consultation with an Indian Law consultancy.
