Documents needed to apply for family visa.

1) Fill Application form (Fill Arabic & English side)

If you don’t know to type Arabic, go to a typing center.

2) Your (Sponsor) Visa stamped page in passport

3) Your (sponsor) Qatar ID copy

4) NOC from company (stating total salary & no objection for sponsoring your wife)

5) Wife passport copy

6) Marriage certificate copy attested from respective embassies & MOFA Qatar.

7) Bank statement for last 6 months with net Salary > 10000 QAR

Highlight your salary transfers with a highlighter (sketch pen)

8) Degree certificate copy attested from respective embassy & MOFA Qatar.

9) Labor Contract copy (Without discrepancies)

Notes :-

Confirm you have an eligible designation in contract & it should matches with your RP as well.

Contract should state your family status clearly.

Mainly Salary part, company provided family accommodation (or allowances in digits as well as in % of your basic) should be very clearly stated.

10) Accommodation contract copy (attested from Baladiya)

Note :- If you don’t have an attested copy, keep the one without attestation.

11) Your company computer card copy.

I am an indian and most of my office coworkers speak arabic ...which I cant understand much clearly ...thats why....well I can surely know about the documents needed by others...but when we have a site and a specific forum for advise and help....isnt it a good thing that I use it appropriately??? someone who has got the visa recently....their comments will be useful.
