Exiting Qatar on emergency

I came on Resident work visa.My RP process was going on.Medical,finger printing and CID clearance done,however due to emergency back home,I want to go back to India,hence resigned.My sponsor arranged to cancel the RP in immigration system without stamping it on passport.They are issuing exit permit to me to travel .With no stamp of RP on passport, will I be able to exit? Sponsor is saying that as the RP shows cancelled in system,I should have no problem.Kindly advise.
