Iphone 6 in vodafone Qatar....

can anyone plz tell me,the Iphone 6 / Iphone 6 plus which is available in vodafone. is it the unlock iphone or locked to vodafone carrier only? can i use it in India (another carrier) with All of its functions? Also regarding Facetime ? Plz help me becoz local retailer's price are freaking me out?

the phone is just sold by vodaphone, you can use it anywhere in the world.
