Please tell me which laptop in qatar has a best performance.Is it lenovo,Dell,HP,Toshiba etc.

Any laptop can beat the other. It depends how much RAM you give it, which processor you choose, and which OS (32 0r 64-bit). The best performance can be expected from a laptop with an i7 processor, 64 GByte of RAM and a native 64-bit OS like Sun Solaris.
