QTel new connection delays
I have applied for a new Landline connection with ADSL on 30th December 2009. Still no response from Qtel and no satisfactory replies in 111/115. Any one out there who is also facing the same problems?. any idea how it can be resolved or why this delay? Expected date of resolution. Thanks in advance.
Qtel is driving us mad too! They seem to have no workable system in place. We applied for "shifting" on 30th jan and have heard nothing from qtel. 3 of our friends moved onto the same compound and also applied for shifting and they are now all set up. Qtel seem to be ignoring us despite us phoning 115 (kept on hold for 37 minutes before being cut off!) and going into offices 5 times! We give up, they obviously don't need or want our business!
