Where can I fix my playstation?

I have a slim play station that stopped rotating and gives a "no data" sign. a month ago I changed the lense and that seemed to fix the problem. However, the problem re-occured again, and my kid is nagging me to repair it.
my question is: what seems to be the problem?
and do you know a good repair shop to fix it once and for all?

BTW, I bought the piece through QL, and the seller gave me a money back guarantee, but I lost all his contact information
