I dont want to sound rude, but, one could only buy an OS (Intel type) of Vista ultimate type, or even better, the windows 7, and FYI, I have the originals for the three of them, and never even bought or thought of it ;)
Torrents and ftps make life such easier, the only good u'll get when u buy an original Microsoft CD is that ur somewhat sure that the windows is safe, not cracked, not played with, not configured on some users way, just simple as it could be, thats the only reason u could buy it, but, if u can make sure of the version u download, then there will be no logical reason for buying a windows, unless its not on the net yet, anyway, sorry for talking like that, I was just trying to deliver the picture, btw, if I ought to take a guess, a new genuine windows xp service pack two or three will be somewhere around 200QR, 50QR for installation, that'll make a total of 250QR, I guess, thats the fair price anyway for selling it ;)

Then get your self OpenOffice (this too is free) and Thunderbird (for e-mail (this [belive it or not] is also free.
