I have been going for yoga last one month and I feel great. I would highly recommend yoga to all and sundry.. You can call the Indian Cultural Center or pay them a visit. They have yoga classes on Mon, Wed & Sat from 4.30 to 9.30 and you can choose any hour that suits you. If you want more details, you can call me... Check out your PM for my number. Cheers

Wow that is a bit steep. There is Pepka yoga (they have a website) I don't know anything about it but a friend goes, they may be able to help.

Just called Medical Spa, I'm really interested in home yoga aswell. You have to send a driver for the instructor and then its QR 300 per session!

Too much for me, I'm still converting everyhing back to English pounds, couldnt justify paying that much money!

If anyone knows of any other instructors though who charge less, please let me know!!
