reg Airtel DTV

I purchased Airtel DigitalTV box along with 1 year subscription in india. I brought the box to Qatar with me and it has been working fine, until subscription expired last week.

I don't have customer id nor I know on which phone number it is registered. How do I recharge from Qatar?

Press the Menu button on the remote. At the bottom of the screen you will get customer ID number and the (India) telephone number registered with Airtel. Ask someone in India to go to an Airtel office and pay the subscription using the customer ID.

IT CANNOT BE DONE FROM QATAR AS IT IS ILLEGAL TO TAKE THE SET TOP BOX OUTSIDE INDIA.
