I work in a Nursery and we have some parents who hire a driver to pick up their child at Nursery and a teacher (preferably one from the kid's class) will accompany the child home and stay there until mom and dad arrive. Some of the teachers might already have their own driver as well and make it easier for you. Don't forget the carseat!

I am having the same problem now that my child minder has decided not to take care of my kid anymore.

Again, it is the matter of advertising, word of mouth to people you know and not forgetting cross your fingers & pray that everything will work out well.

Unfortunately Doha is not really set up for working mums, but Apple Tree nursery do allow you to extend the day of your child by upto two hours. Of course you pay for it, 50QAR per hour (you need two teachers for HS reasons)

You could maybe enquire to see if your nursery will do the same.

it may be an option.
