'100% people are caused by accident' means exactly that. A male and a female collide and produce a new person. If that is not what you meant, MM, I suggest you'd take an English language course before you spill your 'wisdom' all over this website.

1) changing lane for no reason.

2) Changing lane on round about

3) Changing lane without indicator

4) Over speed
