It is not fake. I have seen it 2 days ago near new education city with the hole on the wall and the car near to it. The front of the LC was seriously damaged.
I'm just glad there was no one painting the wall at the time ;)

Yes, its real. If you are lucky enough you can still see the LC standing near the accident spot with very little visible damage.

Hearing a loud noise the First Secretary of the embassy, Gulfan Afero, rushed out of his office and was shocked to see a hole in the wall just behind his room.
Through the hole he could see a Cherokee that had dashed against the wall.
"I was busy working in my office when I heard a loud noise and then the sound of heavy bricks falling. I immediately rushed out to see what was wrong," Afero said.
It seems that on the road along the side of the building that houses the Indonesian embassy, the Cherokee met an accident with a Land Cruise and hit the wall of the mission premises digging a hole.
The Cherokee was driven by a Qatari woman, while the Land Cruiser was driven by an elderly Qatari, eye witnesses said.
The matter has been referred to the traffic police.

That either a pretty strong wall, as it did not collapse, the LC would have been pretty fast to slam it like that...reminds em of a Tom and Jerry Cartoon where tom slams into a wall and only his figure shaped hole remains in the wall lol.

I don't think this is Photoshop. Everything looks how it should be regarding the car. The wheel is hanging down, and can't bee seen on the other side because the wall is pushing it up. And there is additional damage to the wall top right. Plus in Qatar, this type of picture does not surprise me at all.
