The Qatari healthcare system is overseen by the Ministry of Public Health. In all of Qatar, there are two organizations that offer healthcare services:
Primary Health Care Corporation
A nonprofit company called the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) manages over 27 regional medical centers around the nation. By managing and operating numerous Health Centers around Qatar, Primary Health Care Corporation is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of its citizens. In its three main regions—the Central, Western, and Northern regions - PHCC has more than 23 health centers. Thirteen of these facilities are in Doha, and the rest of the Health Centers are spread out around Qatar in populated areas.
Hamad Medical Corporation
A non-profit company called Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) runs 12 public hospitals, neighborhood clinics, and ambulance services all throughout the country.

Al Khor Hospital
In order to serve the people in the nation's north, Al Khor Hospital opened its doors in 2005. Ten of the 115 beds in the hospital are designated for kids. The hospital offers general medical care, general surgery, emergency medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics, and neonatal care.

Hamad General Hospital
Trauma, emergency care, pediatrics, critical care, specialty surgery, specialized medicine, laboratory medicine, and radiology are all offered by the 603-bed Hamad General Hospital in Doha. To accommodate the city's expanding population, additions are being made, and a diabetes center is being established inside the hospital to care for Qatar's expanding diabetic population.

National Center for Cancer Care and Research (NCCCR)
The NCCCR was formerly known as Al Amal Hospital and had 86 beds. The leading cancer hospital for the State of Qatar is the National Center for Cancer Care and Research (NCCCR), which was established in 2011. It offers cancer patients cutting-edge, contemporary therapeutic therapies. The Cuban Hospital
The Cuban Hospital, which is in Dukhan, debuted on January 10, 2012. The hospital is staffed by more than 400 Cuban medical experts, including doctors, nurses, and technicians in the disciplines of rehabilitation, dentistry, pathology, biomedicine, and radiology. The project was a collaboration between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Cuba. Local workers and contractors assist this workforce.

Enaya Specialized Care Center
The Enaya Specialized Care Center is a support facility that works in conjunction with Rumailah Hospital and Hamad General Hospital to offer stable long-term patients around-the-clock care. The institution, which has 156 patient beds, is the first of its kind in the Arab World and the only facility of its kind in Qatar.

Communicable Disease Centre
One of Qatar's government hospitals is the Infectious Disease Center (CDC). It is a 65-bed specialist tertiary care facility providing outpatient services for patients with a range of communicable diseases. In the 1970s, the Al Bidda district in Doha became home to the city's first tuberculosis (TB) unit. In the middle of 1984, the TB Unit was moved to the Rumailah Hospital grounds. In 2004, the name of the TB Unit was changed to Communicable Disease Unit. (CD Player). The CDC has offered evidence-based clinical practice since its founding in October 2016 in a secure, private, and cutting-edge setting, with all appointments based on referrals.

Fahad Bin Jassim Kidney Center
Acute and chronic kidney disease patients can receive treatment at the Fahad Bin Jassim Renal Center. This hospital is situated in the Bin Omran district just across from the Hamad Medical City complex. Dialysis patients who were once lodged in Hamad General Hospital are treated there.

Bone and Joint Center
A branch of Hamad General Hospital (HGH), the Bone and Joint Center has a dedicated healthcare team specializing in delivering outpatient services for fractures, pediatric orthopedic, spine, foot and ankle injuries, anthroplasty (surgery of the joint) and sports medicine. The facility was refurbished and expanded in 2016 to include 19 new treatment rooms. Pain management and anesthesiologist services, a physiotherapy room, as well as a multi-purpose room for clinical observations.

Aisha Bint Hamad Al Attiyah Hospital
The hospital which was opened in the Tenbek area in November 2022, provides around clock care for urgent but non-critical patients. The hospital is currently undergoing a phased opening, and will be fully operational in mid-2023. This hospital features an emergency department, operating theaters, obstetrics and gynecology service, neonatal intensive care, outpatient clinics, robotic pharmacy, laboratory services, and purpose-built VIP inpatient and critical care rooms.
