Living Alone

just 5 months passed I am in Qatar.Living alone makes me very sad and it comes as no surprise to find out that there is no one to talk to me when i am back home. Roaming alone in streets of qatar makes it more worst.Sometime skips my dinner the reason obviously cooking......missing back days of my homecountry.....
some times also feel happy nobody waiting for me so can sit n do work at my work place........feel boring to go back home............

as an expat.. i think we should be more friendly to be able to meet people here.. we cannot just sit and wait for others to approach us but we have to go and meet people..I think it will be best if the admin of QL will held some sort of a regular activity where in members will meet each other face to face... what do u think guys?

don't worry, you are not alone in that kind of situation. there are many of us alone! hehe! try to watch movies, go in the malls, join some groups in QL. Most of the time they do meet ups for coffee, ice cream party and other things.

1- Start playing games like farmville or frontierville on Facebook...2- Talk to ur family back home atleast 1-2 hours in the evening.Install Actionvoip or Runga on ur computer3- Open a Demat account and do some share trading on computer.4- Join some club and go regularly for swimming and other sports.

Let's face it. You are not going to meet anyone sat behind your computer screen. Get out. Go to the Corniche. Go to the souq. Go stand on the corner of Grand Hamad and A Ring on a Friday night and meet real people.
