Hi

Does anyone know if there are any researcher/production jobs available or going to become available at AJE?

I checked the website but not much there.

Also are there any other media outlets in Doha with English staff working there?

Thanks

Nadia

Yes I check the AJE site but theres not much available.

However I do read posts from other people who get jobs at AJE that I have never seen advertised on their site.

I am wondering if they advertise elsewhere????????????

I feel her pain. She's struggling to even pronounce the words and ironic as it seems, she's getting paid for it.

I get excruciating pains whilst listening to the news being very very badly mispronounced in English. It's beyond funny.

QBS is Qatar Broadcasting Service...they broadcast on two channels...one for Arabic and the other for English with some French. It's a government organisation.

They need to apply mouth gags for all the QBS people that talk on the radio, I've never heard such a dreadful bunch of voices!

I turn it off after 5 minutes.....

I reckon they're also applying Qatarization over at QBS.
