QP appointments

Upon receiving the offer letter from QP on 17th June 2009 ,I have sent the Local Pre-med Reports with X-rays and the Qatar embassy Attested copies of certificates on 20th July 2009 through the local agent in SRI LANKA.

nearly 3 weeks have passed since with no response from Either local agent or QP. what must be happening ? Normally how long does QP take to finalize the appointment and arrange the VISA.
I plan to give my house on rent before coming threfore needs to know aprrox time frame for Joining QP.

Can any experienced QP veteran respond.

most of the government sectors including QP takes a while for every response.
