Urgently need to rehome my cat

Tyler is 9 months old (march 2010). He is vaccinated, spayed and has a chip embedded. A very friendly and playful chap!

We are relocating and cant take him with us. We have tried the Vet Centers and QAWS without success. Getting desperate as we are to leave soon. Please contact 77736723.
